Terms and conditions
These terms cover the paid Personalised Wedding Toolkit. Our free, generic printables and advice remain free to use for your own wedding; you may share them with the people helping you, but must not resell the resources as a template product.
Your personalised wedding pack
Seller: Media Sussex Ltd trading as Wedding Toolkit. Contact: webmaster@heartco.co.uk · HeartCo Ltd, PO BOX 2203, Shoreham By Sea, West Sussex, BN43 9FR
One payment of £1.99 GBP buys a personalised digital wedding pack for one wedding and personal use. No subscription. The pack contains printable PDF sheets; optional read-only links let you share selected saved sheets with your wedding party. You may share your wedding’s sheets with the people involved, but may not resell or redistribute the toolkit as a template product.
Review your answers before payment. After confirmed payment you can generate and download your PDFs directly on this website. Editing and regeneration are included for 12 months from purchase. Downloaded files do not expire. Unpaid drafts expire after 7 days. Keep your private reference and access code: without them we cannot promise recovery, and email delivery/recovery is not included in this version.
By explicitly choosing immediate digital delivery at checkout, you request delivery before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that the cancellation right for this digital content is lost once supply begins. Once supply has begun with that consent and acknowledgement, change-of-mind cancellations, returns and refunds are not available for the delivered digital pack. This is digital content rather than a physical personalised gift. Your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied are unaffected. Contact the seller at the email above for help, complaints or a refund request.
This is a planning aid. Check timings, travel, ceremony arrangements and responsibilities with your venues and suppliers. Empty details may use TBC placeholders and clearly generic planning tips. Internet access and a current browser are needed for editing; a PDF reader is needed for downloaded files. Save the Purchase & Access Details sheet for a durable copy of these terms. Terms version: 16 October 2026, revision 2.
Secure checkout and payment
Payment is handled by Stripe’s hosted checkout. The complete personalised pack costs £1.99 GBP in one payment, with no subscription or extra charges for its included sections. Available payment methods are confirmed by Stripe at checkout. Card details are not collected by this website.
Digital delivery and change-of-mind cancellations
This is personalised digital content, not a physical product. Before checkout, you must actively agree to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the usual 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. After supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement, change-of-mind cancellations, returns and refunds are not available. This does not exclude your statutory rights if content is faulty, not as described or not supplied. Contact webmaster@heartco.co.uk for help or a complaint.
Privacy
Who runs this website
The Wedding Toolkit is operated by Media Sussex Ltd in collaboration with HeartCo Ltd. Our website is weddingtoolkit.co.uk. For privacy enquiries, contact webmaster@heartco.co.uk.
Using the free resources
You can browse our guides and download our free checklists without creating an account or providing your email address. Downloading a PDF does not sign you up to a mailing list.
Information used to operate the website
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, requested page, browser details and the time of a request to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse. Our hosting provider is GURU. We use this information for our legitimate interests in running a reliable and secure website.
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to respond and manage your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed for your request.
Optional Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site and which resources are useful. Our measurement ID is G-TV6KJ3FC05. Analytics may process information about pages visited, interactions, browser and device characteristics, referral sources and approximate location.
The Google Analytics tag stays blocked until Google’s consent message reports your explicit consent to Analytics. If the consent service is unavailable, your choice is unknown or Analytics has not been configured in the message, the tag stays blocked. Google signals and advertising personalisation remain disabled for our Analytics tag. We do not intentionally send names or email addresses to Google Analytics.
Google may process information outside the UK using its applicable transfer arrangements. Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from websites that use its services for more detail.
Google AdSense and advertising choices
We use Google AdSense to display advertising that helps fund the free toolkit. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, device and browser details, pages visited and interactions with advertising, and may use cookies or similar storage for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The ads and storage available depend on your choices and Google’s applicable requirements.
Google’s certified consent message brings Analytics and advertising choices into one place. Your choices for the different purposes remain distinct: agreement to advertising alone does not grant Analytics consent. Reopen the message through Cookie or Google’s Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of the page when the consent service is available.
You can read how Google uses information for advertising, how Google uses information from partner sites and the partners and purposes shown in the advertising consent message. Ad availability is controlled by Google. Use the consent settings at the bottom of the page to change your choices.
Cookies and your choice
- Your consent choice: we store your accept or reject decision and its date in this browser’s local storage under
ace_analytics_consent_v1, for up to 180 days. This lets the website remember your choice. - Analytics cookies: after acceptance, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as
_gaand_ga_TV6KJ3FC05. Our tag sets a 180-day cookie lifetime, which may renew on consented visits. - Administration: WordPress may use login and security cookies when someone accesses the website’s administration area. These are separate from optional visitor analytics.
You can withdraw consent or change your decision at any time through the consent settings at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing Analytics consent stops Analytics measurement and removes its first-party Analytics cookies where accessible. It does not undo information already sent to Google. Your browser also provides controls to clear stored data and cookies. Google’s consent message manages how your choices are remembered.
Retention and service providers
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including necessary security, legal and administrative requirements. Analytics data retention is controlled separately in our Google Analytics property settings; the cookie lifetime above is not the same as server-side retention. Contact us if you need details about a particular record or the current retention settings.
Information may be processed by providers involved in hosting, security, email, Google AdSense and its advertising partners according to the applicable advertising choices, and, when accepted, Google Analytics. External websites linked from our pages have their own privacy notices. Clicking an external link takes you to that provider’s website.
Your rights and questions
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. To make a request, email webmaster@heartco.co.uk.
You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office if you have concerns about how your information is handled.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our use of information or website features changes. The date above shows the latest update.
Saved personalised wedding packs
The paid personalised-pack service is offered by Media Sussex Ltd trading as Wedding Toolkit. Contact webmaster@heartco.co.uk about this service or its data. The existing site collaboration described above remains separate from the identity of this seller.
We use the wedding details you save only to create, save and revise your requested toolkit. We do not sell those details, use them for marketing or share them with anyone for their own purposes. Read-only sheets are shared only when you choose to create and send a sharing link. Our hosting provider supports storage and delivery, and Stripe handles payment separately, as explained below.
If you choose Save my pack, the details you enter, including names, venues, timings, wedding-party and supplier contact details, are stored on our hosting to create your requested pack. Please include only details you are entitled to share and avoid sensitive medical information or access codes for venues. Answers are encrypted in the database; the site’s server decrypts them to provide previews and documents. This does not make them inaccessible to the site operator.
An essential secure cookie remembers pack access on a device for up to 30 days. Your private access code is stored as a one-way hash. Keep the reference and code safe; no email recovery is provided in this version. Unpaid drafts are kept for 7 days; paid packs and their editing access last 12 months from purchase, after which stored pack data is scheduled for deletion. Backups may retain copies for the hosting backup period. You can delete a saved pack earlier from its pack page.
Optional read-only share links let recipients view the selected sheet and its personal details until the link is disabled or pack expires. Only share them with appropriate recipients. Revoking a link cannot remove a PDF or screenshot someone already saved.
Stripe handles payment details, using its own privacy notice. We keep a checkout reference and confirmation of payment so we can deliver the pack and prevent unauthorised access. Card details are not collected by this website. Analytics and advertising code are disabled on the private questionnaire and shared-sheet pages. Other legal rights and contact arrangements in this notice continue to apply.
