A few things you might be wondering.
Is absolutely everything included in £1.99?
Yes. One payment includes all the personalised sections, your optional family-photo list, suppliers, individual wedding-party sheets, PDF downloads and read-only sharing. Editing and regeneration are included for 12 months. It is for one wedding and personal use.
What if we have not decided everything yet?
Choose Still deciding where offered. Blank details use clear labels such as Ceremony Venue (TBC), alongside general tips. Add confirmed details later, save and generate your updated pack.
Can I come back and make changes?
Yes, with your private pack reference and access code, for 12 months after purchase. Save them safely. Unpaid drafts last seven days; no email recovery is available. You edit on this website and download a fresh PDF.
How do I share with our wedding party?
Download an individual PDF to send yourself, or create a read-only link to one saved sheet. You can disable existing links. Keep the private editing code to yourself. A recipient’s saved PDF or screenshot cannot be recalled.
Can I cancel or return my personalised pack?
At checkout you must expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right ends when supply begins. After that, change-of-mind returns and refunds are not available. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain. Read our purchase terms and privacy section.
